We are Terrance and LuCretia Hawthorne, and we currently reside in Tampa, Florida. We created this fundraiser to help with our current and unfortunate circumstances after suffering major damages to our property and present circumstances during this time. We need Hurricane Milton recovery, relief, and expenses as we work on rebuilding what this hurricane has done to us and our home and our van, which was also flooded. Our entire home was completely flooded from the storm surge. The whole bottom level is not currently livable due to the damage and the flooding. We actually have to vacate the premises as soon as possible and get a hotel during this unfortunate situation, which we weren’t prepared for additional financial burdens. The house is currently full of bacteria, and mold is beginning to grow. It is not currently fit for my wife to live as she continues to go through her own recovery journey after suffering a brain aneurysm and 6 strokes. My wife is also currently bedridden and requires 24hr care. While staying at the hotel, I have to also rent some equipment for my wife to transfer her correctly. Also, we are going to accumulate more expenses on this recovery journey. All donations are welcomed, and we greatly appreciate it.
