On July 4th, this family experienced an unimaginable tragedy.

Their 4-year-old grandson was tragically murdered by his mother, who also attempted to take the lives of his two older siblings — ages 10 and 13 — before setting the family’s home on fire. By a miracle, the older children survived, though they sustained serious physical injuries and are now facing the lifelong impact of trauma and grief.

This fundraiser was created by friends of Deb and Julius who want to ensure the children have every possible resource and comfort as they begin the long road to recovery.
