El pasado lunes 27 de abril, la vida de nuestra familia cambió en cuestión de horas. Sergio, un hombre trabajador, esposo y papá dedicado, fue detenido y llevado a un centro de detención migratoria. Nadie estaba preparado para esto. Nadie imaginó que ese día terminaría sin él en casa.

En su hogar quedó el silencio… y una pequeña de 3 años que cada día pregunta por su papá sin comprender por qué ya no vuelve a casa para abrazarla como siempre.

Sergio no solo es un padre amoroso, es el sostén de su familia, el que cada día luchaba por darles estabilidad, tranquilidad y un futuro mejor. Hoy su esposa enfrenta esta batalla sola, con el corazón lleno de incertidumbre y esperanza al mismo tiempo.

Estamos buscando apoyo para cubrir los gastos legales de inmigración y poder luchar por traerlo de regreso a casa. Queremos que esta familia vuelva a estar completa, que esa niña vuelva a correr a los brazos de su papá y que su esposa deje de dormir con el miedo de no saber qué pasará mañana.
