My name is Alex Raver, and I live in Pennsylvania. I was introduced to Samir through my brother Muhammad. Samir lost his two brothers and is left to care for his wife, child, and disabled parents. All he wants is to provide the basics for his family: food, a safe place to live, and security. The funds will be used to provide these basic needs for his family, his wife, child and himself. Even a small contribution can make a significant difference. If you can, please consider helping them. Or please share his story with the world.
-------------------------------------------
I am Samir Tawfiq Al-Aqqad, a 32-year-old father from G@za. I lost my brothers and my entire home, and now I live with my young daughter, Jannat , and my wife, Maysara Abdel Fattah Ali Anshasi, in a tattered tent that offers no protection from the winter cold or the summer heat, not even from the rain or insects.
Every day I walk 12 kilometers to care for my disabled parents, and when I return, Jannat looks at me with her small eyes and asks, "Papa… when will we go back home?"
I have no answer… the feeling of helplessness is killing me every day.
We have no clean water, not enough food, and no medicine. Your support today is not just a donation; it is life for a child, safety for disabled parents, and a chance for a father to protect his family from danger and despair.
Be the reason, with God's help, that Jannat remains safe, that she experiences her childhood amidst laughter, not fear, and that my parents live their final days with dignity.
