My name is Muhammad Saiful Islam, and today I am reaching out with a sincere plea from the heart. I am fundraising for Salman, a 7 year-old boy from Sylhet, Bangladesh, who has been fighting a rare and extremely painful medical condition since birth.

Many of you may remember that a previous fundraiser helped support some of his earlier treatments. May almighty give her best returns in this world & hereafter.

Last time, with your kindness and generosity, Salman’s mother was able to provide him with essential medical care, medicines, pampers, and other daily needs. Your support gave this child hope when his family had nothing left.

But today, that hope is being tested again.

A Mother’s Cry for Help

Recently, Salman’s mother reached out to me with urgency and fear. Doctors have informed her that Salman needs another operation very soon.

She has managed to arrange a small amount on her own for the treatment, doing everything within her limited means — but sadly, it is not enough to cover the full cost of the surgery and medical expenses.

The total amount needed is around £3,800-4,000 far beyond what the family can gather by themselves.

This is not just a medical case — this is a child who wakes up every day in pain.

Salman’s Painful Reality

Salman was born without a urinary tract or penis.

Every time he urinates, he experiences severe pain and bleeding.

He cries not because he is weak, but because no child’s body should go through what his does.

He has already undergone 2 surgeries in Sylhet and received treatment in Chittagong, but he still suffers daily. A specialist in Dhaka has recommended surgery procedure that could bring relief and improve his quality of life — but without financial support, this operation cannot happen.

His mother, raising two children alone and working from home as a tailor, has exhausted every resource she ever had. She sold their only shop years ago to pay for earlier treatments. Now she has nothing left except the hope that compassionate people will help her child again.
