Hello!

My name is Rosa Cruz. I have created this GoFundMe to help our family with the financial struggles we are currently facing due to a sudden change in our lives due to immigration.

Our story:

My husband, Jose Diaz, was arrested in May 2025 and has been placed in an immigration detention center.

This has left me to care for our 3 children alone and has forced me to stretch myself thin with 2 jobs. I am struggling to pay our weekly and monthly expenses.

We are a family of 5. Myself, my Husband, and our three children (Charlie 16 yrs of age, Jose 9 yrs of age, and Catalina 2 yrs old). My husband is great man. Honest, respectful, and responsible father & husband. We miss him so much.

We were unfortunately not given good news and have been informed that my husband is being ordered to be removed from the US. I am now asking for the publics help to raise funds to prepare to move my family to a smaller place and to begin the process of getting my kids their passports so we can travel to see my husband in Mexico. My kids and I have not seen my husband in person in over 3 months and God knows how much longer.
