Help Rick & Susan Rebuild After the July 4th Flooding

On July 4th, while many were celebrating, Rick and Susan Johnson were facing the unimaginable. The devastating floods that swept through Central Texas destroyed their home and left them with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Their vehicle was lost, their home is uninhabitable, and their lives have been turned upside down.

Rick and Susan (my parents) are two of the kindest, most generous people you could ever meet—always the first to lend a hand, never the ones to ask for help. But now, they need us.

We’re raising $15,000 to help them begin the long road to recovery. These funds will go toward:

Replacing their vehicle, which was completely submerged and totaled in the flood.

Securing temporary housing while they sort through the damage and begin the process of rebuilding.

Covering essential living expenses as they navigate this overwhelming time.
