Stand with Relic: Legal Fees and Support Needed

I honestly do not know where to start. This is not something I thought I would have to ask for help with at this point in our lives.

Those of you who know my son Relic, know that he is kind, loving, strong, smart, artistic, thoughtful... I could keep going, but you know him and you know how wonderful he is. He is always the one to stand up for what is right, to step in and help when there is a need, he is the first one to volunteer, and he leads by example.

While I cannot speak to the specifics of the event that occurred this past weekend, I can share that he does not deserve to go through any of this at all. We know Relic has so many people in his corner. He knows we all love and support him.

Today, we met with his lawyer. This process will be financially difficult for our family. Not only because Christmas is fast approaching, but also the thousands we recently had to pay to get my benign diagnosis for my breast tumor.

I never like asking for help, but I cannot risk my child's future on this. He needs to have a lawyer and we need to be prepared for the worst.

We are needing to pay the lawyer fees up front and we also need to be prepared for the horrible possibility of an arrest and subsequent bail process that will follow.

Please help our family in this very unexpected and difficult time.
