Lawsuit Resolved

“The lawsuit involving Nick Reid/Prost Network/Prost San Francisco, Debbie Kessler, Suzette Covell, Taylor Gandy, Lindsey Graff, and Angela Mullin has been settled amicably. The Parties have withdrawn all accusations about each other. Defendants have agreed to refrain from forming any group using a trademark consisting of a PROST Formative Mark and/or serving on the board and/or otherwise managing and/or soliciting for any group with a trademark consisting of a PROST Formative Mark in the San Francisco Bay area, defined as within 60 miles of the city limits of San Francisco, California.”
