Update: Bless you all for caring about Paul. His partner, Desiree has secured a lawyer! His hearing is tomorrow morning July 2nd. The lawyer is going to make a request for a bond hearing. Immigration bonds require that the full be paid. Bond can anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000 to $5,000. I've raised the donation goal in hopes we can afford all of this to get him out of the detention facility to work on his asylum case. These are the first steps of a long journey ahead to give Paul the opportunity of justice and his freedom returned. I ask you all to share share share! Hey yall my partner is a landscaper, one of his co-workers Paul was detained by ICE here in Kettering on 6/7/2025. We are raising funds for a lawyer. He has no family here, he was born in Venezuela. He came here legally as an asylum seeker. He suffered a brain injury as a child and relies on his medication to maintain his health. Unfortunately he has no access to that when he is in ICE’s custody. He is being held in the Butler County facility here in Ohio. His court date is July 2nd. He is a very joyous person who did nothing wrong. Please help Paul, let’s show up as a community to raise funds for representation. No one is illegal!
