Support a kind hearted man who has worked in this country for 35 years from deportation after ICE detainment.
Francisco Torres Osnaya, known affectionally to friends in Palm Springs as Paco, is a hard working man who loves his three children and has lived in this country since entering as a child.
On Febrary 3, he was abducted from his car and transported to an overcrowded ICE detention center in the desert more than 100 miles from his home. Frank is terrified and has been mistreated by ICE employees who refused to disclose his whereabouts for 3 days and refused to provide him with his life saving medications for 2 weeks. KESQ TV Channel 3 has reported on this story and a link will be posted shortly.

Frank is alone and without the resources needed for his legal costs, bonds, and immigration board expenses. Frank has always been there for the community, taking care of housecleaning, gardening, and disabled people. It is our turn now to take care of him.
This fundraiser was created by his roommate who refuses to stay silent while his friends and family are torn apart. Deportation would likely be fatal for him as he would have no access to medication and some countries would place him in prisons notorious for torture.
