Stand with our Queens: Overcoming Hate in York PA

The York Community is looking for ways to support Vayne, Tragedy, and Brady after the hate crime and assault Vayne experienced in downtown York on Aug. 22.

What started as anti-LGBTQ taunting from a group of 5 people escalated to Vayne being choked unconscious in front of the Judicial Center. Charges were initially filed against the assailant and Vayne, but Vayne's charges have been dropped. Police expect to file new charges against the aggressor soon.

The Police Commissioner has ordered a review of the incident after public outcry, and the York City Human Relations Commission is working with them.

This fund will help the group with whatever they need as they recover emotionally and physically from the attack.
