Hey everybody, My name is Jolett Moralez-Hernandez. I am a student at Western international High School, I am 17 years old. I am trying to raise money for my dad. He was detained Saturday morning on his way to work, he made eye contact with a guy in a Cherokee. The Cherokee then made a U-turn and he was followed through McGraw all the way to a traffic light on Ford Rd and Southfield Fwy. There was about 5 different cars surrounding his van, with him not having anywhere to go he was detained. His name is Omar Morales-Perez, he is a loving dad of 2. My dad is known for being a true hard worker and dedicated man. He has never been convicted of any crimes, he didn’t have a warrant out for his arrest, he was simply just trying to get to work that day. Any kind of donations could lead to my dad being released from the immigration detention center he is in.
