We are reaching out today with urgency and hope in our hearts.

My husband , Ober Merino, has been a pillar of kindness and inspiration in our community. Every Saturday, at Crane Roost Park, he has dedicated his time and resources to share messages of hope by distributing books—touching lives, uplifting spirits, and spreading faith. Over 3,000 books have already been given out to people who truly needed encouragement.

In addition to this mission, Ober has been covering the cost of a billboard—$1,150 per month—used to spread these same powerful messages to an even wider audience. This commitment was made with the intention of continuing to inspire and bring light to others.

However, our family is now facing a heartbreaking situation.

Ober was deported on April 8. This sudden change puts everything at risk—the billboard, the outreach, and the continuation of this meaningful work.

I a not able to continue with the payments as my husband was the primary provider for our home, and now I am left alone with our 6 year old daughter that has a special health condition which requires me to take care of her full time and not being able to work.

The billboard is located at State Rd 436 and Bear Lake and Apopka, we have a year contract and there is a remaining of 7 months.

Sin embargo, nuestra familia ahora enfrenta una situación desgarradora.

Ober fue deportado el 8 de abril. Este cambio repentino pone todo en riesgo—el cartel publicitario, la labor comunitaria y la continuidad de este trabajo tan significativo.

No puedo continuar con los pagos, ya que mi esposo era el principal sustento de nuestro hogar, y ahora me encuentro sola con nuestra hija de 6 años, quien tiene una condición de salud especial que requiere que la cuide a tiempo completo, lo que me impide trabajar.

El cartel publicitario está ubicado en State Rd 436 y Bear Lake en Apopka. Tenemos un contrato de un año y quedan 7 meses pendientes.
