Stand with Nazdira and Athena in Their Time of Need

Hello beautiful ones. I am Marysia and I am fundraising for our sisters, Nazdira and Athena who were hit by a drunk driver when they were driving home after working on our beautiful gala fundraiser on Mother’s Day weekend.

The drunk driver fled the scene and both of our sisters are experiencing back pain and other injuries that require chiropractic care.

They are working with The insurance companies and eventually some of their care expenses will be covered, however the drunk driver fled the scene, and so even though they could smell alcohol on his breath, he will not be held accountable with a DUI. His insurance has a small limit of what he can pay for damages.

Both Nazdira and Athena have missed work due to their jobs being physically demanding, and because of all of the appointments with the collision center, lawyers, doctors, etc.

If you could please pitch in, this will be divided with 70% going to Nazdira who has lost two weeks of full-time work, and 30% going to Athena, whose car was damaged and who has also lost days of work her part-time framing job.

Both of our sisters are mothers and of course, experienced a really terrible Mother’s Day, which began with getting hit at midnight. The experience was very scary for them and has rattled their bodies and nervous systems.

Let us be the hug of love and support and healing that embrace our sisters in this time of need.
