Hi everyone,

I’m writing this with so much relief, pride, and gratitude…and a fair amount of exhaustion too! My sister has just come through an incredibly long and painful legal battle, and she won! The outcome means that her little boy can stay safely here in England where he belongs.

We can’t share all the details due to strict family court rules, but what we can say is that the past 5 months have been unimaginably hard. She’s had to stay strong through challenges that no mother should ever have to face, fighting every step of the way to protect her son and rebuild a sense of peace and stability for them both.

Although the case is finally over, the financial impact has been devastating. Legal fees have now reached £53,500 which are currently spread across credit cards and family loans.

My sister has given absolutely everything she has emotionally, financially and physically to protect her child. I’m hoping that by sharing this, we can help lift just a little of that weight off her shoulders.
