Stand with Mary: Legal Defense Fund

ONE WEEK EMERGENCY FUNDS NEEDED

Those of you who know Mary instantly realize her top priority is always her children. She has always put their needs ahead of herself, and the past 4 years have been especially hard on her financially due to never-ending custody litigations.

A little over a year ago, final permanent custody was finally established, giving each parent an equal 50/50 split of visitation. Or, so we thought. Last week, papers were served requesting that be modified and the children removed from her care, with a court date set for mid-November.

She has a confident legal team, but they estimate, based upon the length of the last case, that it will once again be costly. Of the goal set for legal defense, $8500 is an immediate need to be paid for retainer and services already rendered thus far in order for her legal counsel to remain on the case. This amount must be paid no later than November 4th or Mary will have no choice but to go to the battlefield for her children without representation.

All funds donated will 100% be used towards counsel, and any amount is greatly appreciated. Attorney costs in this case are $250 per hour. We also ask that you keep Mary and the children in your prayers. She stands strong in her faith that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, but like any mother, the thought of her babies being ripped from her unfounded is extremely unnerving.
