This is Mary. Mary is a hard-working street vendor trying to make ends meet for her and her unborn child. She is currently 8 months pregnant. While working on the public street in Simi Valley, she was attacked by another woman on the street. The woman began pushing Mary and her cart to get off the street. She told Mary she needed to speak English because she was in America, and she continued pushing her and her cart until Mary hit the ground. Luckily, other bystanders came to Mary's defense.

No one should have to endure such violence, especially a pregnant woman who is just trying to make ends meet. Let's come together as a community to show our support and help her during this difficult time.
