Hi, my name is Marshall. I’m a young father living in Arizona, and I’m reaching out for help in a desperate time of need. I recently learned that my daughter, who is less than three months old, was placed for adoption in South Carolina without my knowledge or consent. Despite my best efforts to preserve my parental rights, I have found myself in a difficult position.
A judge in Arizona dismissed my case due to jurisdictional issues and now I must start over in South Carolina. The adoption is pending, and I must take immediate action to save my baby! The legal fees and travel costs are more than I can handle on my own. This is an urgent situation and timing is critical if I stand any chance of having her returned to me. I only have two weeks to respond.
This past year has been very difficult, having had no word from the mother about where my daughter could end up. I feel like I’ve lost so much time already. But God is great and He has cleared this path for me! Now that I know where my daughter is, I am doing everything in my power to bring her home. It was a miracle that she was found before my rights were terminated!
I’ve yet to see her face. I still don’t know her name, but I love her deeply. Every day I think about her and the future we could have together.
As I start the next legal process in South Carolina, any donation, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated as I fight to bring my daughter home. I want to be the father she deserves and I need your help to stop this adoption and prevent parental alienation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support .
