On Christmas Day, my best friend’s family received heartbreaking news that no one should ever have to face. Margaret Carnevale, a loving mother, wife, and friend, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. This devastating diagnosis has shaken their family to the core, but they are determined to face this journey with courage, faith, and hope.

As you can imagine, the road ahead comes with immense emotional and financial challenges. Between treatments, appointments, and necessary care, the medical expenses are quickly adding up. The Carnevale family is doing everything they can to ensure Margaret receives the best possible care, but they need the support of their community to get through this difficult time.

For the past 19 years, Margaret has been a beloved member of the Roseland Noecker School community, managing the cafeteria with love and dedication. She has always gone above and beyond to brighten the days of students and staff, whether it’s through her warm meals, kind smile, or caring heart. Margaret is cherished by all who know her, and she has become an irreplaceable part of the school family.

Due to her diagnosis and ongoing treatment, Margaret is unable to work, which has added to the family’s financial burden. Her current treatment plan consists of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Every dollar raised will go directly toward medical bills, treatments, and supporting the family as they navigate this incredibly difficult chapter.

Margaret has always been someone who lights up a room with her kindness and warmth. She is a fighter, and with our support, we can help her and her family face this battle with strength and hope.
