Your donations will be distributed to Mandalay City, Burma (Myanmar). My local high school mates and siblings will be personally volunteering. Thousands of deaths and rising. Still, rescue missions remain to discover survivors and recover bodies. Not using any organization to safely send the funds and donations to the people who need it most effectively for bringing relief and giving hope for what they lost in the 7.7 magnitude earthquake followed by another 6.7 magnitude earthquake in 11 minutes and 12 seconds.

The political situation in Burma is still hostile, and the Junta, military soldiers, may arrest the distributors and detain the donations. I’m San Htun, currently residing in Florida but born and raised in Mandalay. We’ll share the details of recipients as we discover. Golden Group Mandalay or Hope For Mandalay (H4M) will be volunteering to stand with Mandalay Earthquake victims to relieve their loss, recover smoothly, and rebuild hope in their lives as swiftly as possible.

Biography of Organizer:

I'm San Htun and I grew up in Mandalay City until I went to college in 1995. Although I reside in Florida now, it's my dream to retire in Mandalay. Whoever I'm today, Mandalay plays a major part of it. So, it's a huge task but I'm counting on thousands of people like me to assist in rebuilding Mandalay. Our donation may not change the earthquake affected people's lives immediately but mentally it'll empower them and strengthen them to rebuild their lives with what left of and give them hope to live on. I know of how these earthquake affected people may feel. Once I endured in my life that our house was fired to the dust but with my parents, relatives and friends, we got back to our normal life.
