Hello, my name is Luisa and this is my husband Juan Sebastián. He’s 24 years old and he is a cheerful, hardworking, passionate about life, and very family-oriented man. On February 6, when he returned home after a long day of work, a truck ran a red light and hit him. Since that day, he has been in the hospital with multiple wounds and fractures all over his body (one of which is in the pelvis and needs surgery). He was sedated and on an artificial ventilation tube due to the severity of the injuries.

Today, 7 days later, he is still in ICU with very low hemoglobin after 2 blood transfusions and fighting pneumonia due to the accident. He does not have medical insurance, and I do this to be able to cover his physical therapies after he leaves the hospital.
