I hope this message finds you well. My name is Lori, and I'm reaching out to you with a plea for support during what can only be described as the most challenging time of my life.

As a mother to twin boys, my greatest joy has always been watching them grow, laugh, and learn together. However, recent events have thrown our lives into turmoil. I find myself in the midst of a custody battle for my sons, Jaxon and Braxton, which I have had with me since birth. Adding to the complexity of this battle is the fact that their father has never had custody of them and has only seen them sporadically. Despite this, he is now disputing my custody and wanting them full time after 9 years.

The road to this point has been extremely hard with heartache, legal complexities, and emotional turmoil. Despite my unwavering love and dedication to my boys, I am facing an uphill battle to ensure their safety, well-being, and happiness. Initially, I had legal representation, but unfortunately, the funds to sustain it ran out, leaving me self-represented during the trial.

Navigating the the legal system on my own has been incredibly challenging, and the weight of this responsibility has taken its toll. The legal fees, court costs, and associated expenses have quickly become overwhelming, leaving me feeling desperate and overwhelmed. Nevertheless, I refuse to back down in my fight for my boys.

This is why I am turning to you, my family, friends and any supporters I have for help. I have created this GoFundMe campaign in the hopes of raising the necessary funds to secure competent legal representation and fight for my boys with everything I have.
