Bring Lalita's Son Home: End the Nightmare

I am someone who has been close to Lalita for many years. I know her as a mom, as a woman, as spiritual being, and as a wonderful friend.

Lalita has had a long time nanny whom she trusted deeply and has relied on heavily during the past 12-13 months as Lalita’s ex and children’s father relapsed around September of 2023. The father’s relapse has devastated their family unit and financial foundation as their business was also lost due to the relapse. Lalita was able to sustain the family home by working multiple jobs to supplement for the loss of income their business once provided with the help of her long time nanny. Lalita trusted her nanny and was grateful for the much needed help with her children while she worked to repair the damage, move forward and heal.

In August 2024 through September 2024, Lalita became the target of multiple falsified DCF calls to her home to which none of the calls resulted in a DCF case. Among these false DCF reports were accusations of S/A. Her nanny, children’s father and other individuals on the father’s side are behind the plot of these false DCF calls and reports to which Lalita was unaware of the involvement of her nanny and children’s father until she was under investigation for the false S/A accusations. Both law enforcement and DCF closed their investigation with no findings of S/A and findings that any disclosures made by her youngest son had been coached.

On 10/04/24 ending the investigation DCF advised her nanny to meet at the sheriffs office to bring Lalita’s youngest son to her to which the nanny denied and then disappeared. Lalita immediately called the police to file for kidnapping only to be told that this would now be considered a civil suit because the father is giving permissions to the nanny, as well as no standing custody agreement between the parents. Lalita has not seen or spoken to her youngest son since and is being denied access to her child and it has been discovered that both the nanny and father have moved from their previous residence and is refusing to give Lalita their new addresses.

On 10/05/24 the nanny and the father sparked a horrific internet scandal by posting videos of her son being coached as well as spreading multiple lies on the true nature of the end result of the DCF investigations, to say the least. This scandal has taken all of her finances, doxxed her and her children’s home where she had to leave, and just completely turned her life upside down, as well as the wildly spreading and perpetuating of the abuse that is happening to her son with the coaching all over the internet. Lalita has finally begun to defend herself as a desperate attempt to stop the exploiting of her children online.

She has spoken with an attorney who is 2,000 to retain just file a cease and desist also getting her child taken off of the internet. This isn’t including another attorney to help her through the custody process, which she has filed numerous motions and petitions pro se as of now. She also needs counsel to help her start a civil suit for the horrific extent of character defamation that has taken place and spread like a wildfire online started by the ones she trusted the most.

Lalita desperately wants her son home with her and his siblings, off of the internet and to begin to move forward peacefully to heal from this very unfortunate event.
