The family of Lacey Allen is asking for donations to help with expenses while she is locked in a custody battle for her children, Charley and Waylon. She is fighting to get them back but needs help with lawyer expenses, and due to delays in the courts, she may not get to even see them before Christmas and possibly New Year’s.

While we don’t want to dive into too many of the details in a public forum, the children are in an extremely toxic environment with their father (the ex-husband) and his girlfriend, who have had CPS calls against them in the past, and are attempting to strongarm Lacey out of custody because they fear she has too much evidence against them in a fair custody battle. They are using lies, deceit, and dirty tactics. Lacey’s case against him is very strong, and we’re cautiously optimistic that she will get them back once the courts are given all the evidence and are able to see the whole picture, rather than the single-sided one being given by the ex-husband.

They need to be with a family and extended family (our family) who loves and supports them, who does not lock them away in their bedrooms for long periods of time as a form of punishment, and who shows them the respect and dignity they deserve as children and human beings. All that being said, our pockets are not as deep as the ex-husband’s pockets are, and unfortunately, having money to throw at these situations often gives an incredibly unfair advantage to the party who is in the wrong, so we humbly ask for your help and support as we try and rescue these wonderful kids from a bad living situation.
