Dear friends, family, colleagues, and kind-hearted strangers,

I’m reaching out today to share a deeply personal and challenging situation. My sister, Kathy, is currently battling cancer, a diagnosis that has turned her world—and ours—upside down.

While we are incredibly grateful that she has insurance to cover much of her treatment, there are numerous unforeseen expenses piling up. From travel to and from appointments, prescriptions, specialized care, and even the loss of income due to reduced work hours, the financial strain is significant. These added challenges make an already difficult journey more overwhelming.

Kathy is one of the strongest, most compassionate people I know. A mother and sister who has the spirit of a lion and the strength of one as well. She’s always been there for others in times of need, and now, we have the opportunity to come together and support her in her fight.
