About Me

My name is Kaleb Pope, and I’m a devoted father of three amazing children. I’ve poured my heart into raising them with love, guidance, and stability. I’ve never backed down from being present in their lives—and I never will.

Why I’m Asking for Help

I’m currently fighting to reverse a custody ruling that was handed down in a system riddled with bias and procedural injustice. Despite doing everything I could as a father, I’ve been stripped of critical parenting time and legal rights—not because I’ve failed my children, but because I’ve stood up for them and for myself.

I’ve filed an appeal, and I’m now seeking review from the Indiana Supreme Court. This is my last chance to protect my children from further harm and restore the balance they deserve. But even this step comes with financial barriers. A $250 court fee could block me from moving forward unless I can raise the funds in time.

On top of the legal challenges, I’m being threatened for speaking publicly about my experience. I’ve been told that the more I raise awareness online, the more I’ll “get in trouble” and risk losing more custody. That is a direct threat to my First Amendment rights—and another reason I must keep fighting.
