Hello, My name is Kai! Many of you know me as LaLaMallow, DJ Mallow, or seen me on a circus stage as The Interpreter of Condolences!

As of August 18th, It will have been an amazing 7 years of being a single father for me. That's why we're here! I'd like to continue to have many more amazing years with my daughter, and for that to be secure, I need to raise funds to hire a lawyer!

How did we get to this point? WELL LET ME TELL YA A STORY! My daughter was born in the UK in 2017, we spent the first few months there and then came back to the USA where we began homesteading a property to live as a happy little family in the foresty mountains of Calaveras County!

We spent 2 years developing the land, we had tiny little houses we built, drilled a well, installed electricity together as a family. Every year we would go back to the UK, for 3 whole months to spend time with her extended family on her mother's side. It was pretty great!

Then it wasn't so great, in the winter of 2019 my partner at the time decided she wanted a divorce and didn't want to come back to the US. This lead to an international child abduction case under the Hague in the UK High Court.

I can honestly say it was the worst 7 months of my life. Covid had the world locked down. I was having to communicate and do everything through zoom often times at the early hours of the morning because of the 8hr time difference in the UK. And on top of all of it, my legal fees literally bankrupted me.

Good news though! Despite all of the heinous and absurd allegations, the court ruled in my favor on every count. My daughter and her mother returned to the US in September of 2020.

Upon returning her mother attempted to file for relocation, again bringing unsubstantiated and heinous allegations against me. The court dismissed all of this and we've shared 50/50 physical and legal custody of our daughter since.

So here we are now, the beautiful summer of 2024! And once again, out of nowhere, I was served with paperwork, accusing me of even more serious and heinous allegations. I'm not concerned about this element of it, simply because, well there's no substance to it, and the intent is very clear as it has been time and time again, she is attempting to just take our daughter away to the UK again for her own selfish reasons.

AND to the point, I need a lawyer and I have exhausted every resource I have and am desperate and horrified of making a mistake in the legal process. There are repercussions for falsely accusing another parent of things to attempt to sever there contact with a minor child, and I would like to pursue this so that this stops happening, and I cannot do it without a lawyer.

My daughter is the most important thing in the world to me. We have a beautiful relationship and I have sacrificed everything to make sure that her mother and I are a part of her life and with no hesitation will do anything in the world to give her the best life possible with her best interests in mind. I think it's incredibly important for her to have unlimited access to both her mother and I, and if you feel compelled to donate, know that the money is going toward nothing but the most positive and best interests of this wonderful little child, whom is my world.
