My name is Jsanika Williams. I am a Black mother working to reunify my family and keep my children safe.

Over the past year, I made the difficult decision to move into a new home in order to create a safer environment for my children and to meet the requirements needed for them to return home full time. This move was a critical step in my family reunification process.

Shortly after relocating, I lost my job. As a result, I am now behind on rent and facing the risk of housing instability at the same time I am navigating an active family court process.

I am seeking support to cover:

    •    Past-due rent to stabilize my housing and prevent eviction

    •    Legal fees for family court representation so I can continue the process of bringing my children home full time

Housing stability and legal support are essential to my ability to reunite my family. Any funds raised will be used only for rent and legal services related to family reunification.
