Jonathan Stepp, 28 years old, was a second-generation IUOE Local 150 Operating Engineer, a proud union member, and part of our Local 150 family. Jonathan worked for Phoenix and tragically lost his life on the jobsite in an industrial accident. His passing is a devastating loss for his family, his friends, his coworkers, and our entire union. Most heartbreaking of all, Jonathan leaves behind three young children who must now face life without their father.

IUOE Local 150 is sharing Jonathan’s story so our members, friends, and supporters can do what this union has always done in moments of tragedy: stand together, lift up one of our own, and help surround his children with the support they deserve.

All funds raised will be collected by IUOE Local 150 and disbursed to a trust account established by Jonathan's family for his children. These funds will help support their education and living expenses and provide meaningful care and stability in the difficult days ahead.
