Stand with Jacqueline: Medical and Legal Aid Needed
Donation protected
(4/22) Today is Jacquie's birthday! I hoping to raise $1,200 for her birthday. Can you help me celebrate my amazing sister? Donate or share on social and with your friends!
Thank you everyone for your continued support of my sister. It means so much to us all. Every donation has helped immensely.
Here are some important updates on her situation:
- Jacqui's court date and school conduct hearing both went as well as they could! It was a long and complicated process.
- We paid a $3,500 retainer for a lawyer to represent her and all issues are resolved now! Your donations made this possible!
- Jacqui is going back to school in the fall and needs to register for her required math class for her major. She currently still has a $1,200 housing balance she must clear before she can register.
- She also has other costs and limited resources.
Updates (3/20):
- Jacqui has a court date scheduled for early April and is working to retain a lawyer.
- She is hoping to return to school again as soon as possible and also has a housing balance to pay off before she can register for her requisite classes.
- She is hoping to secure a job in the meantime.
- Her health is holding up but she is under a lot of stress.
I am hoping to raise another $2000 in the coming weeks, for transportation to court, the rest of the lawyer fees and her remaining housing fee!
Jacqui and I are incredibly grateful for all of the donations already. ( Thank you again!) and we so appreciate future donations or spreading the word by posting!

I am raising funds for my younger sister, Jacqueline, who is a freshman at UMass-Dartmouth in the Computer Science field. A few weeks ago, at the beginning of her second semester, Jackie and her friend were attacked by a group of 5 girls, unknown to her, in the hallway of her dormitory, in front of her RA. Jackie was injured significantly, resulting in an ER trip that night. Her injuries included broken bones, a damaged eye, and a concussion. Unable to safely return to campus, as the girls are still on campus, and unable to complete schoolwork, Jackie has been forced to take a medical leave from school.
My sister is in dire need of funds to support in the following areas:
- Housing, Transportation, and Basic Needs
- Medical Bills
- Legal fees for upcoming court appearance (Disclaimer: all “allegedly” until court)
Jacqui is an amazing person who is just trying to graduate from college to start her career in cybersecurity. Any and all donations are helpful! Thank you so much.
