Dear friends and supporters,
I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for help. My name is Jaci Loveless Brasher, and I am a mother fighting an unimaginable battle against a corrupt system that has unjustly separated me from my beloved children.
For over two years, I have been waging a relentless legal battle to expose widespread corruption and child exploitation within our local justice system. As a Federal whistleblower, I have faced extreme retaliation and grave danger for speaking out against these injustices. Despite the risks, I remain committed to fighting not just for my own children, but for all families affected by this broken system.
Currently, I have four Federal lawsuits pending:
1. Against the Lafayette Bar Association, Lafayette Bar Foundation, and Acadiana Legal Aid
2. Against Hearts of Hope Sexual Abuse Trauma Center
3. Against Lafayette Police Department, City of Lafayette, City of New Iberia, Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Department, City of Broussard, Broussard Police Department, and Lafayette Consolidated Government
4. Against the Louisiana Judiciary Commission and multiple judges and officers
Additionally, I have tort lawsuits pending for damages against various defendants involved in these cases.
Throughout this ordeal, I have exhausted every possible avenue for help. I’ve made formal complaints to countless agencies and officials, including:
• Senate representatives
• Office of Inspector General
• Office of Surgeon General
• Health and Human Services
• Clerk of Courts
• The Mayor
• Law enforcement
• U.S. Attorney’s Office
• U.S. Victims Ombudsman
• Congress
• the Attorney General & Governors office
• any & all organizations who get funding to help in these situations
Despite these efforts, I have received no meaningful relief or intervention. My experience mirrors that of countless other victims in our community and throughout the state whose children are missing or at risk.
It’s a heartbreaking reality that America has more missing children than any other country. The Federal lawsuits I’ve filed are vital in standing up for our constitutional rights, which have been slowly eroded through court fraud and judicial trafficking.

Jaci Loveless Brasher is a mother and whistleblower desperately fighting to be reunited with her three children - Piper, Phoenix, and Ashor – who are missing & victims of Parental & Familial Kidnapping/Child Trafficking.
This is not just a custody battle, but a fight against a corrupt system that has failed to protect vulnerable children and families.
Key points:
1. Jaci's children were reported missing and potentially exploited by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on May 1, 2024.
2. There is strong evidence of a conspiracy involving multiple parties to unlawfully deprive Jaci of her parental rights. Her ex in laws lived next door to one Judge & another 3rd party was a former client of the other Judge.
3. Jaci has no history of domestic violence, substance abuse, or criminal activity and is a fit parent. The other parties involved have documented histories of mental illness, substance abuse, and criminal activity.
4. Local law enforcement and the judicial system have intentionally failed to properly investigate allegations of indecent behavior of a juvenile, child abuse,& exploitation, despite compelling evidence.
5. Jaci made a complaint to the DOJ on May 8,2022. The Courthouse was raided the following day.
6. This case bears striking similarities to other cases of judicial misconduct in the 15th Judicial District of Louisiana, suggesting a pattern of corruption.
7. As a whistleblower, Jaci faces significant dangers and retaliation for speaking out against corruption.
8. Jaci has filed multiple pending Federal lawsuits against multiple agencies and organizations for numerous violations such as but not limited to: their failure to intervene, the covering of the crimes, retaliation against Federal victims/witnesses and misuse of Federal funding.
9. The trauma that Jaci & her children are enduring is inhumane & irreparable, & unfortunately their story is the reality of many AMERICAN children & safe parents. Her health is declining as she fights this battle, making the need for support even more urgent.
10. Her goal is to locate & recover her children immediately but in fighting her way through deep corruption she is praying to change the system for the betterment of America so that this never happens again to children and victims.
Why we need your help:
Jaci's strength lies in her knowledge of the law and ability to navigate complex paperwork. Victims are left shocked & paralyzed, and the torture of being separated from your children is inhumane beyond comprehension. Lawyers will NOT help victims report crimes when collusion is involved as they are profiting off of these conspired schemes & violations of civil rights. She wants to use these skills not only to fight for her own children but to be a voice & help other left-behind parents experiencing parental and family kidnapping/trafficking.
