We are Healing Hearts Collective—a community of Native professionals, relatives, and truth-tellers committed to justice, healing, and accountability.

We are raising $30,000 to support legal action, including a class-action lawsuit, against a well-known Native nonprofit organization that has caused deep harm to those it was meant to uplift. Our relatives have endured workplace abuse, retaliation, bullying, nepotism, and unfair treatment—many suffering in silence to avoid losing their livelihoods, identities, or ties to community.

But that silence ends now.

Our collective was born out of love for our people and the responsibility we carry to protect them. We are taking a stand not just for ourselves, but for the next seven generations of Native professionals who deserve workplaces rooted in integrity—not harm.

This legal effort is about more than one organization. It’s about confronting systemic abuse in spaces meant to serve us—and transforming them into spaces that honor us.
