The partners at Gallows and Gatehouse Starbucks have been fighting since 2022 for a fair contract - for a livable wage; for stable schedules that meet the hours threshold for benefits; for affordable healthcare; for an end to workplace violations. Starbucks has stalled in negotiations over a fair contract and continues to union bust and infringe on our rights as workers. We're standing up to say we will not take this without a fight.
