On July 11th, 2025, Francis Gigliotti lost his life in an unthinkable and tragic encounter with the Haverhill Police Department. Eyewitnesses say more than six officers restrained him—piling on top of him—while he screamed out for help. Moments later, he stopped breathing. He never made it home.

Francis should still be here. He was loved deeply, and his life mattered. We are devastated and heartbroken, but we are not staying silent.
