Early morning Thursday, November 13, Felix and his family’s life as they know it was turned upside down.

Felix, a dedicated father and husband, was taken by ICE while he was with his young daughter on their way to school.

For the past 15 years, Felix has lived in Chicago with his wife and child, establishing meaningful roots and consistently working hard and showing up to contribute to our community and support his family. He always greets customers with a friendly face and impeccable service at the community’s long-time favorite diner.
