Stand with Esmeralda for Her Son's Well-being

My name is Esmeralda, Sunday around noon I received a phone call no mother wanted to receive. I was informed that my son and his “father” were in an incident at the river, my son was okay at the moment. No other details were given to me. After I did some digging and asked around what happened I found out the truth. A wonderful woman was front and center and told me what happened. I didn’t care about anything else except the well being of my son. My son was cared for and OKAY and pulled away from seeing everything that was happening with his “father”. I thank them ladies so much for caring for my son. And holding him like your own!

I later found out my son’s “father” had been HEAVILY drinking and under the influence of marijuana and other drugs all while my son was in his care at the river. As a parent, I understand we like to relax and have a few to wind down but to be completely intoxicated AND high while having our child in your care is just irresponsible and flat out disgusting and CHILDISH.

We do have a 50/50 court agreement, but I cannot continue to stand by and let my child be put in these kind of situations when it’s his week with our son.

I do not have the funds to get a good lawyer to help me fight this fight for him. I have so much evidence against this man, I have screenshots, voice recordings, witnesses that can give their side, I have everything. And I NEED to do something. I don’t ask for much. I’m a single mother of 5, I have a small village, I don’t have many people in my circle. But he stands with his parents and his parents stand behind him and support his habits and help him with whatever financial problems he has to make sure he proves “a point”.

like I said I don’t ask for much, all I’m asking is to help me fight this fight for my son the legal way!
