I met a friend on Instagram who added me. His name is Ebrima and he is from The Gambia in West Africa.

He told me his situation on how his father recently passed away, and he has 5 younger siblings, and is currently their only source of providence.

He asked me for some money to help him, and at first, it was hard to trust, of course, because this is online; anyone can make up lies. But he called me on video, showed me where he is, his family, and how difficult it is to gain income for his family.

Truly if you saw what I witnessed in that video call, you too would be heartbroken. I know I needed to help and did what I could, but now I ask if you all can do the same!

He is a Christian man who loves God, fights for Him, and his family. But in these times, the only forms of work he is not even allowed to do in his country due to the economic status. This man told me that God asks us to provide, and that’s exactly what I wanted to do, but I need others who can help as well.

Just so his family can have some money to eat food, support his home, and his family. If you can give even a dollar, God will bless you tenfold. Help others just like Jesus did for us. I want Ebrima to know he is not alone, that God provides and calls. If you saw what I saw in that video call, you would be heartbroken. It is truly humbling.
