On July 25th, 2024 our car was struck from behind by a semi. Our son Eamon was killed 12 days after his ninth birthday.

I (his dad) sustained wounds and trauma that didn’t allow me to return to work for months, and even after returning I frequently missed portions of the day for various medical appointments and procedures.

His mom took time off to help his sister and me heal and get moving again. This set her personal business, that she had just opened, behind by months as she attempted to grow.

We received many generous donations, after the accident. And people truly stepped up to help. Unfortunately, we and the business, haven’t recovered fast enough. We face the possibility of losing even more as we try to keep everything up and running. I cannot promise to repay anyone who helps us, but I can promise to try. We just need a life preserver to get help us stay afloat until we recover our strength.
