Hi, my name is Desiree.

I’m a mother fighting to protect my 2½-year-old daughter, Rainy Jade, after surviving domestic violence that turned our world upside down.

In November, I called the police to protect us during a violent episode. My husband was arrested—but since then, I’ve been left to pick up the pieces completely alone.

He has cut off all financial support, stopped paying bills, and is now fighting for custody and trying to take the only home Rainy has ever known.

I was a stay-at-home mom. I poured my heart into creating a safe, loving home for my daughter. Now, I’m facing court without legal representation while trying to re-enter the workforce and care for Rainy full-time.

This is why I need your help.

Hire a qualified attorney to fight for full custody of Rainy and protect her best interests

Cover legal fees, court costs, and travel expenses required to present my case

Secure our home legally so we are not forced into homelessness
