My name is Crystal, and I’m a mother fighting for my son’s dignity, safety, and healing.
My son, Kristian Blake Hardy, has already endured more than any young man should — from wrongful incarceration, lack of proper mental health care, to systemic neglect that no one deserves. And now, things have taken an even darker turn.
Just last night, Kristian was attacked while in jail. He was jumped, his glasses were broken, and the brand-new clothes I had managed to send him — the only ones he had — were stolen. He’s left bruised, shaken, and struggling to see clearly without his glasses.
This is not just about clothing or glasses — it’s about a young man being constantly failed by a system that was supposed to protect him.
He needs help. We need funds to:
Replace his broken prescription glasses
Purchase safe clothing and hygiene items
Secure any legal support or advocacy for proper medical and mental care
Start rebuilding what has been stripped from him
I’ve tried everything as a mother — phone calls, letters, advocacy, prayer. But right now, we need your support to ensure my son is not left unseen and unheard.
Even $5 makes a difference. If you can’t donate, please share his story so others know what’s happening inside our jails and how it affects real families like mine.
From the bottom of my heart — thank you for reading, sharing, or helping in any way you can. I will never stop fighting for my son.
“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed.” – Proverbs 31:8
