Hi, my name is Cristina. I am a disabled single momma of 3. This year has been full of challenges. I became wheelchair-bound 100% a little over a year ago. I developed something called Charcot foot, which deteriorated the bones in my foot and left me fighting amputation. I finally found a doctor who would help me, so I ended up with an external fixator on for almost 3 months. I finally got it off, and I'm now wearing a cast.

In the past 5 months, I've been hospitalized at least five times, all being told that I wasn't going to make it, but here I am with God's help. School is about to start, and we are behind on bills. I need to get my kids some school clothes—nothing expensive, just school clothes. I didn't know what starting goal to put, so I just put a thousand. It could be less; I don't care. Anything helps.

We have overcome so much, including graduating from a domestic violence program and getting our own forever home. But we are struggling, and I could use a little help. I am embarrassed to ask, but I trust in God, and if there's anything anybody can help with, it's much appreciated. I have three beautiful kids at home with me. They are amazing kids, and they struggled and suffered along with me, but with God's help, we're getting through. We just need a little bit of help. God bless you all. Thank you.
