Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

We are reaching out to you today to share the story of our beloved daughter, Charity, a vibrant and courageous 12-year-old who is facing the toughest battle of her young life. Charity has been diagnosed with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), a condition that has turned her world upside down and requires immediate and ongoing medical intervention.

Charity is known for her infectious laughter and her love of painting, which brings joy to everyone around her. She has always been a beacon of light in our lives, with dreams as bright as her spirit. However, her diagnosis has brought unexpected challenges that she bravely confronts every day.

It all began when Charity started experiencing persistent fatigue and other concerning symptoms. We took her to the doctor, where she was initially diagnosed with a virus and sent home with instructions to take Tylenol. However, with no complaints and highly active daily, Charity's kidneys were failing, and she went into a crisis needing urgent medical care.

Charity now requires regular dialysis treatments, blood transfusions, hourly blood pressure checks, and a kidney transplant to stay healthy. Despite this, she remains hopeful and determined, facing each day with courage and grace. As a family, we are committed to providing Charity with the best care possible, but the financial burden is overwhelming. Medical expenses, including dialysis, medications, and the hope of a future kidney transplant, are substantial.
