On Friday August 1st 2025, our friend and comrade Chaga (aka Chris M) was shot in the face and miraculously survived.

Although his friends and family are elated that he is still with us, the road to recovery is wrought with challenges.

Chaga has been a mainstay in Black Liberation and Anarchist communities in the Bay Area for over a decade. He has unceasingly dedicated himself to revolutionary solidarity and freedom for all oppressed peoples.

We’re asking you to give in the spirit of solidarity that Chaga has shared with all of us, and give during his time of need.
