Help Support a Family Separated by ICE

Carlos is a hardworking, loyal and trustworthy husband, father and friend who has dedicated his life to providing for his family and making a positive contribution to his community. As an immigrant, Carlos came to this country 20 years ago to build a better life. He is kind, compassionate, and works long hours to support his wife and 5 children. He has always put others first and now his family needs generosity in return.

On Thursday, June 19th, their lives were turned upside down. Carlos was detained by ICE during a raid, all without warning. As a contractor, he was simply trying to do his job and take care of his family. He went to Home Depot to get supplies to help a nearby family fix their home, as he does nearly every day. He was randomly targeted and chased down in the parking lot because of the color of his skin. All of this happened in front of his son who was working by his side that day. In an instant, a loving father and husband was ripped from the life he worked so hard to build. His family knows very little about where he is being held or what the next steps are. They are in desperate need of answers and help.

This fundraiser is to support his wife and children, who are now facing an immediate loss of their primary income as well as unexpected legal costs. This money will go directly to them and will help them with:
