Hello. I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t like to ask for help, neither is the person I’m asking for help for.

We have all been negatively impacted by the flood that Hawarden has experienced this past weekend. Unfortunately, some more than others. I’ve personally known this woman for a little over a year now, and in the amount of time I’ve known her, she has demonstrated pure selflessness in everything she’s done.

Ashley Minor and her family (consisting of 4 kids, 3 adults, 5 dogs, and 3 cats) are facing some of the worst devastation from this weekend's events. They are displaced, with a very limited amount of their personal belongings. I know we are all struggling right now, and I find myself in their shoes as well. People have been asking how they can help, what people need, etc.

Ashley and her family’s story is much worse than mine. I am asking for help the only way that I would want right now, as too many material things when you don’t have a home to go to, just adds to the stress. Please. Help out this selfless human and her family. Every little bit helps. Anything helps.
