Help us keep Angel Davis housed and cared for!!

In March 2023, Angel was shot in the head by a landlord tenant officer (LTO) officer during an eviction. Since then, Angel has been a consistent advocate for our community even as she grapples with her own recovery from a traumatic injury. She was pivotal in bringing about the de facto end of Marisa Shuter's for-profit landlord tenant office.

Thankfully, Angel has just signed another six month lease for her apartment. But, we need to raise at least $5400 to cover her rent for the next 6 months.

Angel's landlord has agreed to accept payment in installments, so we only need to raise $2500 by the end of December. This is a very doable goal! All your contributions are deeply appreciated.

As Angel waits for any pay out from litigation, please help her keep a roof over her head so that she can continue focusing on her recovery and advocacy. Funds will cover rent for the coming year, and any additional funds raised will be directed toward utilities, groceries, and medical care.
