Stand with Amy: A Mother's Battle For Her Girls
Donation protected
Our sister needs your help. Just a brief explanation; Amy has finally mustered up the courage and strength to leave her marriage, which had become extremely toxic, and is now currently in the middle of a very ugly divorce. For fear of their safety, she and her girls (ages 4, 3 and 2 months at the time) had to abruptly leave their home in mid November and have been staying with our parents and sister ever since.
Amy maintained the household, raising their girls pretty much by herself all while working full-time up until the end of October, when she was laid-off while on maternity leave. He managed their finances for the duration of their marriage and she has not received financial support from him in regard to the girls when she had them 100% of the time. Amy has been living off her unemployment checks with some help from our parents.
They really need a place of their own where they can try and create a fresh start and get into the swing of things again. Amy and our little girls’ safety is the number one priority. There is so much more heartbreak and stories that could be told, but they are more personal and really are just too awful to share. And what she had hoped would be an amicable split, has turned into an utter nightmare. Through a series of events and a broken system, she now she has to fight even harder for them and for their future. She has exhausted all of her resources. In order to maintain legal counsel and keep fighting, she desperately needs help. We are hopeful for the plan of action, but getting there is what has brought us here. The stress has been extremely overbearing and has definitely been taking its toll on Amy.
So now comes the time to ask for help. It would mean more than the world itself if we were able to show Amy and her babies that she is not alone in this. Through your donations, you will be blessing them with your love, support and prayers. Any help, financially and/or spiritually (please be praying) is greatly appreciated and I know Amy will cry and be forever grateful for any help and support and is already so touched and thankful for the unexpected help and love she has received thus far during the biggest storm of her life. Lets build her up, give her a village and restore her hope in knowing that good always conquers evil. Thank you sincerely from the bottom of our hearts for your support, understanding and kindness. We will truly never be able to thank you enough.
Thank You,
