Hi, my name is Aisling, and I’m a single mother who has been fighting for my daughter’s safety, my rights, and the truth—for over five years. I didn’t want to have to make this myself, but I figured it be best coming from me to try to understand the situation.

This journey has been devastating, exhausting, and incredibly unfair.

My case has been corrupted from the start—filled with lies, false allegations, and people in power who have turned a blind eye to the truth. The most heartbreaking part: my daughter was kidnapped, and they got away with it. The legal system failed us. Instead of protecting an innocent child and listening to the mother, it has enabled a nightmare to continue.

Despite everything, I’ve continued to fight—not out of bitterness, but because my daughter deserves to be safe, loved, and raised in a stable and healthy home. And not have to deal with these other people.

My story even made the newspapers because of how cruelly and unjustly a judge treated me in court. I have done everything asked of me—and more—to prove I’m a good mother. I’ve undergone:

• Professional psychological evaluations

• Drug and alcohol testing every week for over a year

• Parenting assessments

• Therapist and expert letters confirming my fitness

Multiple professionals have stepped forward, agreeing that the situation is deeply wrong, and that the people trying to take my daughter—specifically her grandfather and his newly wife have a disturbing and obsessive motive. Still, the court keeps giving them power, while I’m left trying to survive emotionally, legally, and financially. I’m not just fighting for custody—I’m fighting for justice, for truth, and for my daughter’s wellbeing. I’m reaching out now because I can’t afford to keep fighting this alone. Legal representation costs thousands and I’ve drained my resources trying to defend myself against these lies.
