Stand with a Mother Battling Hardships

Hello, I am humbly here to ask for help for my sister and her children.

My sister is a single mother to three kids (4, 6, & 12). She has dealt with every bad card sent her way the last few years, but recently she’s had setbacks that go beyond my ability to help her.

She has had to miss many days of work due to an ongoing SVU investigation with one of her children. She has not been paid for her time off and has fallen behind on rent and her car payments. She’s attended multiple court hearings, interviews, doctor's appointments, ER trips, and psychologist appointments trying her very best to help her child.

On top of this happening, she is not receiving child support or government assistance at all. She does qualify, but not in enough time to help her save her apartment.

She owes back rent and needs to get her car back.

These children have all individually and together gone through too much. The last thing I want is for them to have nowhere to live. The last date for payment is 7/20. The state was willing to pay her back rent, but social services is out of funds.
